Katrien
Graduated with a masters in translation from the University of Ghent. Lived and worked in Barcelona for more than two years.
Dutch is her mother tongue, Spanish and French her main foreign languages. She also knows English to degree level and has reading knowledge of Portuguese, German and Catalan. Her main areas of interest include Latin American society, human sciences and ecology.
During the past three years she gathered extensive experience as a freelance translator, working from both Spain and Belgium.
Thomas
Received a master's degree in translation in Dutch, English and Spanish. During his four-year training he completed a translation internship in England and studied six months in Madrid.
Extensive experience as a Trados and language tool specialist. Expert knowledge of localisation technologies and well acquainted with mark-up languages such as HTML, XML and SGML.
His major fields of interest are web development, localisation, photography and digital technology.
